For an Enjoyable Experience
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your service. We respectfully ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your spa service to prepare for your experience.

Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals though we regret that extension of services may not be possible.

Please have a credit card available to secure your day spa reservation. A 24-hour cancellation notice is needed for all day spa services to avoid a 50% service fee. No Shows, unfortunately, forfeit full amount. Mastercard, VISA, and American Express credit cards are accepted.

As the Esterra Spa & Salon is popular with many clients, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving or as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

All Spa amenities and toiletries will be provided for you. We provide you with a robe and slippers and you are draped during your massage.

We do not assume responsibility for valuables and kindly request that you refrain from bringing any.
In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones and pagers are turned off. Smoking is prohibited.

Because of the nature of our environment, the Spa is for adults only. Well-behaved children are always welcome for salon services.

Special Occasions
Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount on all services and products. Customized spa packages, corporate gifts, and facility party rental are encouraged.

Corporate Services
Our facilities are available for rent to entertain your clients or for special presentations. We would be happy to schedule follow-up spa treatments for your guests.

Weddings
A Wedding Coordinator is available to orchestrate every detail of your bridal party’s services to perfection. Our wedding services are very popular, so please book your dates well in advance. A credit card is required to secure your service date.
